Community Project Lead Volunteer
This is not admin work and it is not passive moderation. This is real project leadership inside a living, global platform. The commitment is 6 months and the time required is a few hours per month.
What You Will Do
- Support live events, trainings, and masterclasses
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, owners, and communication
- Keep clarity and momentum across community channels
- Partner with our leadership team to deliver real outcomes
What You Get

Blog or Video Contribution
Your contribution is published with full credit. Your name, your bio, and your LinkedIn profile. Share one real story or one hard-earned lesson that helps a project manager stay in the game and lead better.
Option 1: Project (Un)Managed Blog
- Write a 5 to 10 minute article
- Focus on a real moment where things almost broke
- Share the lesson no certification taught you
- Give the insight you wish someone gave you earlier
Option 2: Lessons From The Trenches Video
- Record a 15 to 20 minute video
- No polish required, only honesty and experience
- Share the context, pressure, and turning point
- Pass on one lesson you still use today
Community Coach Volunteer
This is real coaching, honest dialogue, and real development for project managers at every stage. Sessions are structured and supported by our team. You focus on coaching and we handle the rest. The commitment is 6 months and the time required is around 4 hours per month.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate group coaching sessions for PMs inside the community
- Help members work through delivery, leadership, and challenges
- Ask the questions that unlock clarity and confidence
- Share practical insight from real experience

Training or Masterclass Leader
We are opening the live calendar and inviting experienced practitioners, teachers, and coaches to lead sessions inside The PM Playbook Community. You bring the expertise and choose the topic. We handle logistics, hosting, promotion, and recording.
