Daniel Hemhauser
Daniel brings over 20 years of global project leadership experience, leading complex programs across Fortune 500 organizations, startups, and international teams. Through a human-centered approach, he has helped reshape how project managers think about leadership, influence, and responsibility in real-world delivery.
His work focuses on emotional intelligence, leadership clarity, and decision-making under pressure. Through teaching, mentorship, and practical frameworks, Daniel has helped thousands of project managers step out of task execution and into trusted leadership roles with confidence and impact.
