We are not building this mentorship program behind closed doors. We are creating it with you, through dedicated workshops where mentors and mentees come together to share insights, provide feedback, and help shape every detail of the program.
We will start by learning from mentors, drawing on their lessons, wisdom, and real-world experiences to understand what effective guidance looks like. Then we will hear directly from mentees, capturing their challenges, ambitions, and the support they need to grow. By weaving both perspectives together, we will ensure that every voice is valued and every angle is represented.
This process will not only create a program but also deliver the most valuable mentorship experience on the planet. One that reflects the realities of project managers everywhere, built from the ground up by the very people it is meant to serve.
